WHERE DO YOU FIND YOUR JEWELRY?

Our curated collection of vintage and antique jewels are personally selected and acquired from many sources which include our travels across America and Europe, estate sales, auctions and our network of trusted antique shop owners and jewelry pickers. We are always on the hunt!

HOW DO I ORDER?

Our collection is only available online with our shop.  To purchase any piece, simply click the order button and you will be guided through the secure shopping cart system.  Payment for your order is processed at the time the order is placed.  Your order ships immediately on payment confirmation.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

Please contact us ASAP if you need to cancel an order.  Orders that have not shipped can be canceled.  For orders that have already shipped, you will have to return the item within three (3) days of receipt per our return policy to be issued a refund.  Please see our policy page for full refund information.

DO YOU OFFER LAYAWAY

We are sorry, but we do not offer layaway plans or hold jewelry aside for payment at a later date.  

DO YOU SELL WHOLESALE

We sincerely appreciate your interest in our jewelry but we do not sell wholesale.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES

IS MY PACKAGE INSURED

Insurance is at your choice.  If you would like insurance, please select our Priority Mail selection which includes insurance on the package.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS

Yes.  We want you to be delighted with your purchase!  Should you not be happy with your purchase, for any reason, notify us within three (3) days of receipt for a full refund.  Please see our Policy Page for complete information regarding our refund policy.

IS THERE TAX ON MY ORDER

Only for residents of Florida.  Florida residents will have 7% sales tax automatically added to their orders.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY SPECIAL JEWELRY

Vintage and Antique jewelry requires special care.  Please see our Jewelry Care page for more information on the best way to take care of your beautiful new purchase.

DO YOU OFFER RING RESIZING

No we do not.  Our belief is that your finger should be measured in person at a jewelry shop local to you, to guarantee that the ring will be resized for a perfect fit.  Your ring size can change over the years, even change with the seasons between summer and winter!  When dealing with vintage and antique jewelry, the less alterations the better - which is why we feel it is best for your new treasure to be fitted to your finger in person with a local jeweler.  For guidance in making your purchase with us, it is safe to assume that most rings can easily be resized down two sizes or up two sizes.  Some ring styles, however, depending on the design, may allow for a more drastic resizing.  If you have any questions please contact us before making your purchase.  We are happy to answer any questions you may have before making a purchase.

DO YOU OFFER A GUARANTEE

We believe that a major part of the beauty and uniqueness of vintage & antique jewelry is the natural signs of wear and age which is appropriate and an expected part of its history. Therefore our vintage and antique jewelry pieces are sold "as is" .  We describe our jewelry pieces to the best of our knowledge based on our experience or after consultation with professional jewelry appraisers, trusted antique shop owners, reference books or other industry experts.  We also offer multiple and close up photos of our jewelry with each listing and will also note the condition in the product descriptions.  If you have any questions about a piece please contact us before placing your order.  We are happy to answer any questions you may have.

HOW DO YOU PHOTOGRAPH THE JEWELRY

We photograph our jewelry in natural light.  Please note that your computer monitor display settings can vary the appearance of colors.  We photograph and describe each jewel to the best of our ability.

GEMSTONE SIZES & WEIGHTS

For jewelry with mounted gemstones, we use sizing guages and describe the gems using industry standard MM measurements. These measurements will be close approximations, as the actual weight and size can only be determined by removing the stones from their settings, which we do not do.

GEMSTONE TREATMENTS

It would be safe to say that today, a majority of the gemstones on the market have been enhanced or treated in some way. Gem treatments can improve the appearance and durability of the stone with the most common form of treatment being done by heating the stone.  Unless otherwise noted, please assume that jewelry pieces with gemstones potentially may have been treated, as enhancements are not always detectable.

HOW IS MY ORDER PACKAGED

Our jewelry ships in our ribbon tied logo jewelry box. Multiple orders are packaged together securely in one box.  If you need a separate box for gift giving, please leave a note in the comment box at checkout.

CAN YOU ENCLOSE A GIFT CARD NOTE

Upon request we are happy to enclose a handwritten note card if you are ordering a gift to ship directly.  Just leave your request & message in the comment box at checkout.
